Appointments, refills, vaccine due dates, bill due dates and to-dos, all on one calendar.

                Vaccines & Shots

What everyone's had and when the next one is due. No more digging for the shot record at school sign-up.

Bloodwork, scans, screenings and results, plus anything that needs a follow-up.

                    Medical History

Family history, diagnoses, surgeries and hospital stays โ€” the stuff every new-patient form asks for. For family history, write who had it and what, like "Mom: diabetes" or "Grandma (dad's side): breast cancer".

                      Insurance

Member IDs, group numbers and phone numbers, plus how much of your deductible you've hit this year.

                        Medical Bills

Track what you owe, what insurance covered and when it's due. Check it off when it's paid.

                          Medical Expenses & Mileage

Log copays, prescriptions, supplies and miles driven to appointments. Handy for tax time and HSA/FSA reimbursements.

                            Health To-Do List

Calls to make, forms to fill out, referrals to chase, prescriptions to pick up.

                              Photos & Documents

Snap the insurance card (front and back), pill bottle labels, shot records, test results, doctor's notes. On a phone, the button opens your camera.

Fill in who and what first, then add the photo. Photos stay private on this device.

                              Emergency Info Card

Built automatically from each person's profile, meds and insurance. Print it for your wallet, the fridge, the babysitter or the diaper bag.

                              How it works

Everything you need to know, in one spot. Come back here anytime.

                              Getting started

                              1Add your family

Go to ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Family and add everyone you take care of โ€” you, the kids, your parents, even pets. Add allergies and reactions, blood type, their doctor and pharmacy, and an emergency contact.

                              2Add medications

On ๐Ÿ’Š Medications, add each med or vitamin and pick who it's for. In "Dose times," type every time they take it with a comma between each one, like 8 AM, 2 PM, 8 PM. The little helper under the box tells you if a time is missing.

                              3Add doctors and appointments

Save your doctors on ๐Ÿฉบ Doctors (tap-to-call and directions included), then add upcoming visits on ๐Ÿ“… Appointments. Write your questions before you go and what the doctor said after.

                              4Check ๐Ÿ  Today each day

It shows today's doses to check off, plus everything coming up in the next two weeks: appointments, refills, bills, vaccines and to-dos.

                              Good to know

๐Ÿ“ฒ Add it to your home screen

Do this first! Tap ๐Ÿ“ฑ Save to phone for the steps. It opens like an app, and phones (especially iPhones) can clear saved website info if a page isn't used for a while. Pages saved to the home screen are protected from that. Always open it from the home screen icon.

                              ๐Ÿ’พ Back up every week

Everything saves in this browser on this device only. If your history gets cleared or you lose your phone, it's gone. Tap โฌ‡๏ธ Export everything about once a week and email the file to yourself or save it to your cloud storage. A reminder will pop up if it's been a while.

๐Ÿ‘€ See one person at a time

Use Showing in the toolbar to see just one person's stuff on every tab. Pick "Everyone" to see it all.

                              ๐Ÿ” Search

Type in the search bar to find anything โ€” a med, a doctor, a lab result, a note. Tap a result to jump right to it.

                              โœ๏ธ Write your own answers

Don't see your option in a dropdown? Pick "โœ๏ธ Write my own..." at the bottom and type it in.

                              โœŽ Edit or delete

Every item has a โœŽ to edit and a โœ• to delete. Tap "Add a..." to open or close the form.

                              ๐Ÿ“‹ Visit summary

Before an appointment, tap ๐Ÿ“‹ Visit summary to print a one-page sheet with meds, allergies, recent symptoms, vitals and your questions. Doctors love it.

                              ๐Ÿ“… Reminders on your phone

Tap "๐Ÿ“… Add to calendar" on an appointment, refill, bill or to-do to put it in your phone's calendar with reminders. The ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Calendar tab can add everything at once.

                              ๐Ÿšจ Emergency card

It builds itself from each person's info. Print it for your wallet, the fridge or the diaper bag, and update it when meds change.

                              ๐Ÿ“ท Photos & docs

Snap insurance cards (front and back), pill bottles and shot records. Fill in who and what first, then tap ๐Ÿ“ท Add photo or file.

                              ๐Ÿ’ต Expenses & mileage

Log copays, prescriptions, supplies and miles driven to appointments. Type in the mileage rate for the year, then download a spreadsheet at tax time or for HSA/FSA reimbursements.

                              ๐Ÿพ Pets

Add pets on the Family tab and pick "Pet." You'll get spots for breed, microchip and rabies tag, plus a pet emergency card. For monthly flea or heartworm meds, pick "Monthly" and set the next dose date.

                              ๐Ÿ”’ PIN lock

Turn on a 4-digit PIN so nobody can scroll through your info if they pick up your phone. It's meant to keep curious eyes out, not to replace your phone's own passcode.

                              ๐ŸŒฟ Privacy shield

Someone looking over your shoulder? Tap the ๐ŸŒฟ in the corner and your screen switches to a tea recipe. Tap "Back to my stuff" to return.

                              ๐ŸŽจ Make it yours

Tap ๐ŸŽจ Theme & colors to pick a theme, choose your own colors, or change the border style.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Moving to a new phone

On your old device, tap โฌ‡๏ธ Export everything. On the new one, open this page and tap โฌ†๏ธ Import everything, then pick that file. Photos come along too.

                              ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Print any tab

Open a tab and tap ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ Print this tab for a clean printout of just that list.

                              ๐Ÿฉบ Just so you know

This is a personal organizer, not medical advice. Always follow your doctor's directions, and in an emergency call 911.

                              Notes

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else โ€” questions for next time, what the nurse said on the phone, insurance call reference numbers. Each note saves as its own box you can edit or delete.

                                Honey Chamomile Tea ๐Ÿต

Steep 2 chamomile tea bags in 1 cup of just-boiled water for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp honey and a squeeze of lemon. Add a cinnamon stick if you're feeling fancy. Sip slow, curled up somewhere cozy.
